Most walking pads are sealed plastic boxes with a motor inside: when one part fails, the whole thing is landfill. The Office Walker is the opposite. It's wood and steel, with no motor and no electronics, so the few parts that can ever wear are simple to replace.
That's why we cover every part for 5 years. If a part fails through no fault of yours, we ship the replacement free and you fit it in minutes. If you damage it yourself, we'll still send the part, at cost. Your cover is tied to the serial number and transfers to the next owner if you sell.

Unbox

Caring for it
Almost no maintenance, here's all there is.

The wood
Wipe with a dry or barely-damp cloth. The wood can be lightly re-oiled over the years to refresh the finish.

The walking surface
The modular surface is the one part that sees wear. When it does, swap it in minutes, no tools beyond the one supplied.

The bearings & frame
High-quality bearings need no lubrication. Check the bolts are snug once or twice a year and that's it.

How long is the warranty?

What if I break it myself?
We'll still send you the part, charged at cost. There's nothing sealed, so you can always get it walking again.
Do I have to ship it back for repairs?
No. We send the part and you fit it with the included tool. There's no service centre to wait on and no motor to return.
Can I transfer the warranty if I sell it?

How do I look after the wood?
Wipe it down and re-oil occasionally. The bearings need no lubrication; just keep the bolts snug. That's the whole routine.
