Why it lasts

Three things, done properly.

  • 01

    No motor

Powered entirely by you. Nothing to burn out, nothing to service, nothing to replace.

  • 02

    Quiet

A one-directional manual belt on wood and steel. Quiet enough for any call, any room, any hour.

  • 03

    Built to outlast

Furniture-grade wood and replaceable slats. A piece you keep, not a gadget you discard.

Why we built it

A piece of furniture that happens to move.

Most walking pads are plastic shells around a motor, destined for landfill the day the electronics fail. We built the opposite: a wood and steel deck, steel axles and replaceable slats, with nothing inside to break.

It is quiet because there is no motor. It lasts because there is nothing to wear out but the wood, and the wood you can refinish.

How it's made
Office Walker in a calm workspace

How it's made

Four chapters in the making of one object.

  1. The craft
    01

    The craft

Furniture-grade wood, cut and assembled in Germany. The deck is joinery, not a moulded shell.

  2. Design for your space
    02

    Design for your space

Sized to sit under a desk and read as furniture, not a machine parked in the room.

  3. The maker
    03

    The maker

Built to order in small batches, signed, and shipped flat within two weeks.

  4. Why manual
    04

    Why manual

No motor means quiet, no service, and nothing to send to landfill in five years.

From the founder

I wanted to walk while I worked, without inviting a machine into the room. So we made one out of wood, with nothing inside to break.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is it really quiet?

There is no motor, so the only sound is your steps on the deck, 30 to 45 dB, quieter than a fridge.

How is it manual without a motor?

A one-directional belt moves under your own steps. You set the pace; there is nothing to plug in.

How does it ship?

Flat, within two weeks, built to order. It assembles in minutes with the included tools.

What happens if something wears out?

Every part is covered for 5 years. If it fails through no fault of yours, we ship the replacement free and you fit it in about five minutes, there are no electronics to fail. See care & warranty.

Can I return it?

Yes, 30 days, no questions. Most owners decide within the first week of walking.

How much does it cost?

From €1,149 in the EU. The final price depends on your country, taxes and shipping.
