It covers the parts of your Office Walker against defects and normal-use failure for five years. Because there's no motor and no electronics, the parts that can wear, the walking surface, slats and bearings, are simple to swap. What it doesn't cover is damage you cause yourself: dropping it, forcing it, or misuse. In those cases we'll still send you the part, but at cost.
