Questions

The honest answers.

How much does it cost?

From €1,149 in the EU. The final price depends on your country, taxes and shipping.

How is it manual, with no motor?

A one-directional belt moves under your own steps. You set the pace; there is nothing to plug in.

How does it ship and assemble?

Flat, in two boxes, within 2 to 3 weeks. It assembles in about ten minutes with the included tool.

How durable is it?

It's being independently tested by Intertek Germany for long-term durability and a 120 to 130 kg maximum user weight. High-quality bearings, no lubrication, and a modular surface you can replace in minutes, no electronics to fail.

Can I return it?

Yes, 30 days, no questions. We arrange the return.

What's the warranty?

Every Office Walker comes with a 5-year warranty on all parts, the kind of cover you'd expect from furniture, not a gadget. If a part fails through no fault of your own, we ship you the replacement free of charge, and you fit it yourself in about five minutes. No technician, no shipping the whole unit back. The full legal terms are on the warranty conditions page.

What does the 5-year warranty cover, and what isn't covered?

It covers the parts of your Office Walker against defects and normal-use failure for five years. Because there's no motor and no electronics, the parts that can wear, the walking surface, slats and bearings, are simple to swap. What it doesn't cover is damage you cause yourself: dropping it, forcing it, or misuse. In those cases we'll still send you the part, but at cost. The precise inclusions and exclusions are set out on the warranty conditions page, and this is separate from your statutory consumer rights in the EU.

How do repairs and replacements actually work?

You don't ship anything back. Tell us which part needs replacing, we send it, and you fit it with a single tool in about five minutes, the same way the Office Walker assembles. There's nothing sealed and nothing electronic, so there's no service centre to wait on. Step-by-step guides and videos live on the care & warranty page.

Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my Office Walker?

Yes. The warranty is tied to your Office Walker's serial number, and it transfers to the next owner, as long as they register with us so the serial number is linked to their name and email. That means the remaining years of cover follow the product, not just the first buyer. The transfer steps are on the warranty conditions page.

Do I need to register my Office Walker?

Registration ties your serial number to your account and email, which is what lets us send free replacement parts quickly and lets the warranty transfer if you ever sell. We'll walk you through it after delivery; you can read how registration and transfer work on the warranty conditions page.
