What's the warranty?
A 2-year EU-standard warranty, plus a 3-year warranty on functional parts and 5 years on the frame.
What if a part wears out?
The walking surface and key parts are replaceable; we ship spares with repair guides.
How is it tested?
It's undergoing independent durability testing with Intertek Germany, including the 120 to 130 kg maximum user weight.
Is it really maintenance-free?
No motor means no lubrication; bearings are built for daily use. We'll publish real long-term test results.
